Much of the noise being made in the Historic Belmont & Harvard Landmark District is from one project, The Harvard Estate. Daily have trucks been removing tons of dirt to create a gaping hole between Harvard & Boylston. As more dust gets kicked up new signs were erected with Artistic renderings of the new development

Welcome to the Harvard Estate a place for empty nesters to settle & downsize without giving up the benefits of upper-crust urban living. On the Harvard Avenue side of the project the neighborhood will be getting eight multi-million dollar town homes with all the perks. You will be able to kick back and never worry about parking because it is built into your home. You need not sympathize with those pesky neighbors who rent apartments down the street nor will you have to deal with those slovenly Cornish Students who have been locked down in the Denny triangle.

Can't afford a town home? Well perhaps you could opt for a cushy condo on Boylston Avenue. You have two posh choices; The Carriage House or The Coach House. Never mind the fact that there is absolutely no difference between the two alternatives, except the prices that previously mentioned parking problem has been solved by a 104 car garage. The only trouble you might have is from those obnoxious soccer moms & dads picking up their precious little dears from Prep-dance class at Kerry Hall. Hurry up to enjoy some pre-sale opportunities. Pardon me if I may vomit?
